TIPS TO REDUCE THE EXAM STRESS

Hello lovelies,
I have my exams going on so here I am sharing with you few tips and tricks and work for me during the exam season.

Exam season is just a synonym for tension,stress.And we are judged by our performance on that piece of paper we write.Having exams playing a crucial part in our lives, it is important for us to not worry and get stressed during our exams and write them well.


Tip 1 Analyze your syllabus,But don't schedule the studying

The first thing we always need to do is to analyze the syllabus. Analyzing the syllabus is to make sure we know the number of chapters,the appropriate data in int so that when we actually start studying it doesn't make you search for calculators or so.
Once analyzing is done the nest thing is to study.Never plan your schedule allotting time for your chapters or even your subjects.Study as you like but never schedule the syllabus on timing basis.Scheduling on timing basis can increase your stress as well.


Tip 2 Make short notes

Once you started studying make sure to take short notes or points as you study.making points helps in memorizing easily and it is also useful for revision and so.Make short points so that you understand the entire sentence and that can help you.

Tip 3 Listen to music

Yes, you read it right listen to music.By listening to music i don't mean to listen to the heavy metal songs or any romantic songs you like, then you will just be singing and not studying.
Listen to any calm quite music like the music of the waves,music of the sea and so.listening to such sorts of music will help you concentrate and ease you mind and not wander the thoughts.


Tip 4 Food Changes

Taking in a lot of Iron content fruits,vegetables can also help in increasing your memory power.Iron helps in providing good blood circulation to the body and it also helps in increasing your memory.


Tip 5 Sleep Tight

And the last tip is definitely is to have a good soul sleep.A good sleep is the best and is the mostly highly recommended during any stressed situations.A good sleep doesn't mean to sleep at any time  for 8 hours.A good soul sleep means to have a nice sleep from 1030 or 11 in the night to 4:30 or even 5:00 in the morning.Sleeping during this time helps in resting your body and brain.
