Ever wondered how pani puri on the road taste? It taste yummy.

Try having pani puri and you will always want to have it.A little sweet, salt,spice altogether tastes amazing and satisfies your taste buds.

A little bread never harms.
Pav bhaji is served by toasting the pav in heavy butter and the bhaji serves as a curry with onions and lemon for the garnish.
Also we have the Masala Pav Bhaji- in this dish the pav itself is tossed in the bhaji and served.As yummy it feels so it tastes.

A lot of cravings add to the list. But street food tops always.The spice in the street food can never be gotten from as 5 star restaurant( In my opinion)

CRAVINGS

Get up, get fit. These are the words we hear.
But, our cravings have a very special place in the heart. No matter what time it is in our day- you will always have cravings.

CRAVINGS BELONG TO THE HEART.

Then why not make have some cravings? Here it is.


Having to eat as much as you want and nobody telling you to stop, is the best feeling in the world.But having a cheat day makes you feel a little more happier as well as sad- now you know you need to workout a little more for the extra happiness you eat.

The second you hear the word cravings we all know definitely there's a lot of sweets and not to forget a lot of desserts.

STRESSED? have some DESSERTS.
Desserts have a special place in the heart. Ice-cream tops the list of desserts.
After having dinner grab a tub of ice cream and that's done really quick.



Hyderabad has huge number of ice-cream parlors,but cream-stone stand out to serve their customers late through the nights and also real quick.

Despite loving all their flavors try their Ferrero Rocher ice-cream and then you will want to have it very single day. It's so yummy and the bits of ferrero rocher. What can i say. I need one right after this.


Sweet tooth can have any number of choices- And waffles must be one of it.

Waffle are leavened as batter or dough cooked in between two plates to give a characterised size,shape or surface.
They look amazing and also taste yum.

You can top the waffle with butter,
chocolate-chips,
apple butter,
banana,
honey and the list can go on.

Chocolate is a must in the list of cravings.
Everybody loves chocolate,also nobody shares chocolate.Here's all we got to satisfy our cravings.
Chocolates travel with us from being kids and applying it to our faces while eating to almost every stage of our life. Chocolates are special in their own way.

WHAT WE EAT IN A DAY

Saturday it is and its time for something more exciting to come up.

This post is all about what we eat in a day. Here's all about it.

CLEANSE

Starting the day,

Early in the morning as soon as we get-up all we have is a glass full of warm water with a spoonful of honey with a little squeeze of lemon juice. ( on an empty stomach)

BENEFITS:

  • Honey does a lot of benefits not only to the body, but also to the skin. It gives a natural glow to the face that you will keep admiring your face. It also helps in cleaning the skin ( when used daily).
  • Lemon is known for Citrus vitamin and helps in refreshing the body.
  • Water as known has many benefits to the body.
CALORIES
  • A glass of this water gives us up to 75 calories.
BREAKFAST.

Having the correct breakfast, is so essential for the entire day to run your works. Having heavy breakfast in the morning makes your metabolism weak.
So, having the correct breakfast makes a lot of difference.


A bowl of cornflakes, served with hot milk and also with fruits( based on availability).

BENEFITS:

  • Milk is rich in calcium, potassium- having milk everyday has it keeping your bones strong and gives a lot of strength to the body.
  • Cornflakes can be of any types sugar coated, salt but choosing the plain cornflakes is the best.
  • Fruits give a boost to the body, refresh the body and mind.
CALORIES:
  • For every 100 grams it provides 357 calories.
Early morning cornflakes serves as a light breakfast and gives a lot of energy.


AFTERNOON

Afternoon meal should be a medium to heavy meal helping the body to make up to bounce you back to work.
For the afternoon meal, 
2 chapatis and any curry would help you serve the best to the body.

Also having 1 bowl of rice with any curry sometimes also works good.

BENEFITS:

  • Both chapati and rice have equal nutritional value.
  • Rich in protiens, high in fiber.
CALORIES:

  • 85 calories (each chapati).
EVENING

An evening snack should be fresh, light and organic.


So having fruits as snack is always good for both the body as well as the digestive system.

  • Huge sources of essential nutrients including potassium,fiber.
  • Diet rich in vitamins also.
CALORIES:

  • For 100 grams of fruits we consume 90 calories.

NIGHT

Always the dinner must be very light, minimal and also at the same time more nutritious to have.


Having semolina cooked with no oil and only by using water can help having a better digestion.

BENEFITS:

  • Helps in loosing weight.
  • Provides great energy.
CALORIES:
  • For every 100 grams it provides 390 calories.

Also another option for the dinner would be the ragi malt which gives amazing digestion to the body.

BENEFIT:

  • Ragi malt is huge source of essential amino acids.
  • Helps in muscle repair.
CALORIES:

  • For every 1/4th cup of ragi malt has 111 calories.

EID MUBARAK

Belonging to hyderabad EID is a lot more special and celebrated grandly here.
A little more about the festival

Eid al-fitr ( the festival of breaking of the fast) is an important religious festival celebrated by Muslims worldwide that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting (sawm). The religious Eid is a single day during which Muslims are not permitted to fast. The holiday celebrates the conclusion of the 29 or 30 days of the dawn-to-sunset fasting during the entire month of Ramadan. The day of Eid therefore, falls on the first day of the month of Shawwal. The date for the start of any lunar Hijri month varies based on the observation of the new moon by local religious authorities, so the exact day of celebration varies by locality.

Accordingly Eid is celebrated on 6th of July 2016.To begin with here's what we did for Eid.

A DAY FULL OF ACTIVITIES

In our busy lives we become so involved that we never get time or even try to make time to take of our health.

Today, we've got ourselves a little time to do something.There are people who make time and follow their schedule to be fit, also there are people dreaming for their bodies to get fit.

Moving our lazy ass- we've did a few activites only in dreaming for our perfect body.

Early morning fresh air, 
calmness all around also starting your day with a smile :) 
That's the best way to start taking care of your body.


ACTIVITY 1


"When the muscle and machine connects extraordinary things happen."
 Oh yes! that's right talking all about cycling.


Get up, 
take your cycle, 
hit the roads and perfect- you are already half fit. Wondering how? This is how is it.

 A little statistical information.
1. One hour of cycling on a regular pace can make you burn up-to 415 calories. 
2. Decreases  the body fat levels.
3. Increases the cardiovascular muscle fitness.
4. Decreases the stress levels.
5.Strengthens the bones.
Now that's a lot of biology only in one single activity.


Cycling is fun, but what if the cycling track takes you into the woods? That makes it more interesting making us forget the time


For about an hour is all we did.Not forgetting the morning sunrise you get to see while you keep cycling.

After such tiring activity we always need to relax.


Hydrating our body is the most important.If your body is not hydrated, you feel exhausting,tired and restless. We don't want that to happen- so water is a must.


ACTIVITY 2

Remember Jumping Rope? 

Everybody has once a while at least tried it. It's easy but if you are doing it wrong- then you can never enjoy it.

 * Never do it on an empty stomach or when you've just had your food.* And that's the only rule to remember.


ACTIVITY 3

After these physical activities, to calm your mind and to soothe your soul we need some mental activity too.

The minute you read about mental activity-everybody knows it's YOGA.

YOGA takes you into the present moment,the only place where life exists.

Practicing and making yoga a part of our everyday busy lives makes your mind calm and reduce your stress.

Yoga has taught us:
  1. Honor your body.
  2. Let go of the things that do not serve you.
  3. Breathe.
  4. Be present and be okay with it.
  5. You can achieve more than what you think.
A little more values.


Even 30 minutes of yoga per day can help you burn  120 calories ( when done correctly)

ASANA

It is the posture or pose in which you sit or stand while practicing yoga. There are many types of asana and here are a few of them.The poses and stretches help to have physical and mental health benefits.

Siddasana

From the seating position, one heel is brought with the sole of the feet touching the inner thighs. Similarly it is done with the other leg until the body is comfortable. Such a pose is called the Siddasana or it is the accomplished pose.




If you are not comfortable with bringing the heels onto the thighs- no problem you can always sit in which ever way you are comfortable, keeping your body straight and having a calm mind is all we need for yoga.

Vrikasana

From your standing position, the whole body weight is shifted to one leg,starting with the left leg.The entire sole remains to be in contact with the floor. The right knee is bent and is brought to the inner thigh.The hands are typically brought upwards.This is called the vrikasana or the tree pose.

PASCHIMA NAMASKARAM

From the standing position,hands behind the back, the palms are placed against each other.This hand position is called the Anjali Mudra. This helps in stretching your body and in keeping your spine straight.

Pashchima Namaskaram

While practicing yoga,
  • Do not out excessive pressure on your body.
  • Practice yoga in a open place breathing fresh air.
  • Yoga must always be done early in the morning after taking bath.
  • Do not suppress yourself during illness.
  • Make sure you consult a doctor before starting to practice yoga.
All the above asana are done only after consulting the doctor.
